Our Yoga for Kids and Teens supports focus, strength, balance, and emotional regulation. It helps reduce anxiety while improving physical and mental well-being—all in a fun, engaging environment. Each class blends age-appropriate yoga poses, movement, breathing techniques, a sound bath and guided relaxation, all infused with learning about holistic nutrition with time for playing with farm animals and touring the orchard on our farm. Classes are typically split by age, or combined for family homeschool classes:

Our Yoga for Youth Groups offer a fun and meaningful way for teens and preteens to build confidence, reduce stress, and develop mindfulness through our Hatha yoga for beginners, a gentle practice that builds strength, improves flexibility, and encourages the mind-body connection. Classes include movement, breathwork, a sound bath and guided mediation that promote self-awareness, emotional balance, and a positive group dynamic. Learning about holistic nutrition is infused into each class.
Perfect for school clubs, sports teams, church groups, and community organizations.
Classes can be tailored to athletes or other groups as needed.

Our Yoga for Adults promotes stress relief, improved mobility, and mental clarity through mindful movement, breathwork, a sound bath and guided relaxation. We offer accessible Hatha yoga classes ideal for beginners, focusing on foundational poses, alignment, and gentle flow. Whether you’re part of a workplace team, social club, or community group, sessions can be customized for all experience levels to foster connection, relaxation, and overall well-being. classes are designed to help you build muscular strength, increase your endurance, and improve your overall fitness. You'll move through a series of poses that challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling strong and empowered. Learning about holistic nutrition is infused into each class.
Sound Healing
Yoga for Adults
Unwind, recharge, and restore in a unique class that combines gentle yoga with the healing vibrations of sound. Begin with a slow-flow yoga sequence designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and calm the nervous system. Then, transition into stillness as you’re guided into a meditative state through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
Perfect for all levels, this class promotes deep relaxation, inner balance, and emotional clarity. No prior yoga or meditation experience needed—just come as you are and enjoy the experience.

Chair Yoga for Adults
Our Chair Yoga for Adults class offers a gentle and accessible way for older adults to enjoy the many benefits of yoga—without having to get down on the floor.
These sessions are specially designed for those with limited mobility, and balance concerns.
Using the support of a sturdy chair, we guide students through mindful movements that improve flexibility, strength, posture, and circulation.
Breathwork and relaxation
techniques are woven throughout to promote relaxation, clarity, and emotional well-being.
Whether you're new to yoga or returning after time away, this class offers a nurturing space to move with ease, connect with your breath, and feel more grounded in your body.

Chairs are provided, but if you prefer your own chair please feel free to bring a chair and water. Chair must be sturdy, flat/not angled seat.
Restorative Yoga
Our Restorative Yoga class is intentionally designed to cultivate calm, balance, and emotional well-being. In today’s world, our bodies are often stuck in a constant fight-or-flight state—overstimulated, overwhelmed, and holding tension we barely notice. Restorative yoga helps shift the body into the parasympathetic nervous system, our natural “rest-and-digest” mode, where true healing, recovery, and emotional regulation can take place.
This gentle practice centers on supported postures, mindful breathwork, and guided relaxation to release stress held in both the body and mind. It encourages presence, reduces anxiety, and supports deeper sleep and nervous system resilience.
Each session includes slow stretching and long, fully-supported holds with blankets and props so the body can soften, unwind, and feel safe to let go. Classes are held beneath the open night sky on our peaceful farm, surrounded by the grounding rhythms of nature.

Science on the Farm
Our agricultural science class, "Science on the Farm", invites homeschoolers to learn through hands-on experiences in a real farm setting. Students explore Zone 9b gardening basics, animal care—including chickens, goats, and equine lessons—and the natural cycles of planting, harvest, disease/pest management, watering, soil care, and plant identification.
The farm includes a growing orchard with cherries, peaches, pears, apples, pomegranates, tangelos, nectarines, grapefruit, lemons, almonds, cara cara oranges, apricots, and plums. Gardens feature grapes, rosemary, blackberries, and Tia Rosa and climbing Eden roses, coupled with raised garden beds designed for learning soil preparation, weeding, planting, and harvesting.
Sessions are geared toward family-style learning for students of all ages, from kindergarten through high school. Children gain practical skills they can replicate at home while developing responsibility, problem-solving, and a deeper understanding of where food comes from, supporting both health and education in lasting ways.
Classes taught by a home educator of over 12 years that has a Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing, Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN), and Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT200).
This class typically follows the "Kids Yoga on the Farm" class for students wanting to enjoy both opportunities. Each class is taught with an infusion of yoga, and holistic nutrition.
